Delete Your Account
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account, send an email to enquiries@select-cart.com from the email address associated with your account.
Your request must clearly state that you want your account deleted. This ensures identity verification and prevents unauthorized requests.
What Happens After Request
Once your request is received and verified, your subscription will be cancelled, access will be removed, login credentials disabled, and your account scheduled for permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Data Deletion and Billing
Firebase Data Deletion
All data associated with your account stored in Firebase will be permanently deleted. This includes account details, business data, staff records, customers, bookings, deliveries, and configuration data.
Data will be deleted within 7 days of your request or at the end of your billing period, whichever occurs later.
Subscription and Billing
Your subscription will be cancelled and will not renew. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund except where required by law or outlined in the Refund Policy.
Access Until Billing Ends
If deletion is requested during an active subscription, access may continue until the billing period ends. Data is deleted after that period.
Important Information
Data Retention
All operational data is deleted. Limited information may be retained only where required for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes.
Your Responsibility
You must export or save any data before requesting deletion. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered and accounts cannot be restored.
Processing Time
Requests are processed after verification. Data deletion occurs within 7 days or after the billing period ends, whichever is later.
Creating a New Account
You may create a new account at any time after deletion, but previous data cannot be restored.
