Subscription Overview
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing enquiries@select-cart.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has begun due to immediate access to the software.
Refunds May Be Issued For:
- Verified billing errors
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions
- Legal obligations under Australian Consumer Law
- Confirmed technical faults preventing service access
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial use of a billing period
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Business closure
Partial refunds are not provided. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Refund Process and Legal Information
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email enquiries@select-cart.com with your account email, charge date, and issue description. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe. Select Cart Software does not store full payment details.
Access After Cancellation
Access remains until the end of the billing period. After expiry, access may be suspended and users are responsible for exporting their data.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to remedies where required by law.
