Service Overview
Select Cart Software provides cloud-based tools for booking management, staff scheduling, customer records, and delivery coordination. The platform provides software only and does not act as a financial intermediary or handle customer funds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. If using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
Accounts, Billing, and Usage
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing login credentials, and all activity under your account.
Billing and Payments
Subscription billing is processed securely through Stripe. Payments are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing enquiries@select-cart.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, or to disrupt the platform. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, compliance with laws, and accuracy of data entered into the system.
Legal Terms and Liability

The platform uses providers such as Stripe and Firebase. These services operate independently and are subject to their own policies.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Select Cart Software is not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the platform remain the property of Select Cart Software. Users are granted a limited license to use the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
